Managing Clients (Client Profiles)

Effectively managing client information and interactions is key to maintaining strong business relationships. RankingMojo makes it easy to manage your clients through detailed client profiles. Follow these steps to access and manage client profiles:

  1. Access the Clients Section:
    • Log in to your RankingMojo account.
    • Click on the Sales tab in the main menu.
    • Select Clients from the dropdown menu.
  2. View and Manage Client Profiles:
    • On the Clients page, you will see a list of all your clients.
    • To view a client's profile, click on their name. You will be redirected to their profile page, which includes the following details:
      • Name
      • Company
      • Email
      • Phone
      • Address
      • Status (active or inactive)
    • You can also view all orders associated with the client, as well as their invoices and subscriptions.
  3. Manage Subscriptions:
    • In the Subscriptions section of the client profile, you can pause or delete subscriptions by toggling the switch next to the subscription details.
  4. View Associated Emails:
    • If you have configured your email inbox within RankingMojo, you can view all emails associated with the client directly from their profile.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your clients' information, track their orders and subscriptions, and maintain seamless communication, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
